About creating a fully functional app

Do we need to create a fully functional app, or can we showcase the function? For example, for real-life solution fully functional app, our app would require connecting with 3rd party. However, the process becomes complicated and we do not have resources to be partners with such services - (We will provide the list of suitable partners).

  Great question! The rules state that you must create a working software application for the competition. If you cannot access the 3rd party service and this connection is the main feature of your software, I would suggest using alternative data to show how it could work in real life.
